Booking Policy

Costa D'Ora Holiday Apartments adopts the following practice and conditions when dealing with the cancellation of a holiday booking:

Confirmed Bookings

A booking is not confirmed without the payment of a deposit.

The full balance of the tariff is due on arrival. Visa Card, Mastercard and Bankcard credit cards are all excepted. A credit card imprint on arrival will be required as a key or damage deposit.

A $40.00 fee will be charged for lost keys. Cheques are not accepted on arrival.

The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking monies, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing the refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque, meeting bank charges and paying for staff administration time.

Particular apartments cannot be guaranteed but we will attempt to fill requests.

Every effort is made to represent the property accurately to intending guests and ensure facilities and services provided are accurate, however, these may at times change or be taken out of service.

Deposits

A deposit of $100 per week is required to confirm a booking in LOW and MEDIUM seasons.

A deposit of $200 per week is required to confirm a booking in HIGH season.

Maximum Occupancy

Maximum occupancy in a 1 bedroom apartment is 3.

Rate covers up to 2 adults. Extra person $20 per night.

Balance of Tariff

During LOW and MEDIUM seasons, the balance of the tariff is due on arrival.

During HIGH season, the balance of the tariff is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Coasta D'Ora Holiday Apartments adopts the following practice when dealing with cancellation of a holiday booking.

HIGH SEASON

If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned arrival date, there will be a full refund less and administration fee of $50.00.

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder if refunded.

MID & LOW SEASON

If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less and administration fee of $50.00.

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder if refunded.

SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS

Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder if refunded.

CONFIRMED BOOKINGS

A booking that had not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.

A deposit of $100.00 will confirm a one-week booking during mid and low seasons. Balance of the tariff is due on arrival.

A deposit of $200.00 will confirm a one-week booking in high season. Balance of the tariff is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Children and Extra Guests

Apartment rates are for 2 people. Maximum occupancy is 3 people.

Extra person surcharge $20 per night.

Children under 2 years - free of charge using existing bedding.

Children 2 years and older - adult rates apply.

Cot hire available - on request only (fees apply).
